The Grand Reverie Draw

a) In the case of misconduct, fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with the terms and conditions committed by an eligible participant, The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore reserves the right to disqualify or/and disregard the Eligible Participant from the Lucky Draw without prior written or verbal notice.

b) Should The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore subsequently discover that the winner(s) have failed to comply with the terms and conditions, and/or have fabricated their eligibility via the furnishing of erroneous facts, or the non-disclosure of facts that would render themselves ineligible, The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, at its sole discretion, will, depending on the circumstances, 

• Forfeit the prize in its entirety; or
• Re-claim the prize from the previous winner and select another eligible participant.

c) If an eligible participant provides The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore with the personal data of any third party, that eligible participant

• Agrees on behalf of that third party to be bound by the Terms and Conditions contained herein; and
• Consents on behalf of that third party, to The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore’s collection, use, disclosure and processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

d) The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore shall not be responsible for any loss, injury damage, liability, expense and/or cost which the participant may sustain or incur because of his/her participation in the Contest, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law. In particular:

• In no event shall The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, its officers, employees or agents be responsible for any interruption or cessation of transmission whether caused by technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, any bugs, viruses, trojan horses or the like which may be transmitted to or through The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore’s website by any third party, any errors or omissions in any entry, work, or content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred on the participant’s or any other person's computer as a result of the participant’s submission of any entry or work to the Contest, or otherwise related to or resulting from participation in the Contest, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law; and
• In no event shall The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, its officers, employees and agents be responsible for all losses (including direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential losses), damages (including general, special, and/or punitive damages), demands, injuries (other than personal injury caused by The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore’s negligence), claims, costs, penalties, interest and fees (including all legal fees as between solicitor and client or otherwise on a full indemnity basis whether or not incurred in respect of any real, anticipated, or threatened legal proceedings), howsoever caused by, arising or resulting from, whether directly or indirectly, their participation in the Lucky Draw, acceptance or usage of any Prize, and/or any breach or purported breach of these Terms and Conditions and/or any applicable law. 

e) The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore shall not be liable for any third party’s misuse of the Eligible Participant‘s submitted information and photograph as a result of the Eligible Participant taking part in the Lucky Draw. 

f) The Lucky Draw is not valid in conjunction with other promotions carried out by The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, unless stated otherwise. 

g) The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore may at any time at its absolute discretion, without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof or being liable to any person:

• Suspend, cancel or terminate the Lucky Draw; or 
• Delete, vary, supplement, amend, modify any one or more of the terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw.

h) Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this Lucky Draw, in particular the Prize(s), are the property of their respective owners. The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore is not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by, such owners and their relevant affiliates

i) In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Terms and Conditions and the contents of any brochure, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Lucky Draw, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 

j) The Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by Singapore Law, and by extension, eligible participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore

k) A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions. 

a) Winners will be required to present the original physical mooncake bag bearing the corresponding winning serial number for verification upon prize redemption. Redemption will only be processed upon successful verification of the serial number against the official winning records. 

b) All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits in kind. Gift certificates and serial numbers themselves are of no commercial value.

c) The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore may exercise its sole discretion to use the winner’s identification, image, and comments relating to the contest experience and prize for the purpose of announcing the winner, or for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media related to this contest, without any fee being paid.

d) The winner must claim the prize(s) (i.e. gift certificates and/or champagne bottles) no later than 30 days past the date of announcement of winners, 25 October 2026.  If a Winner fails to claim his/her Prize within the time frame, his/her Prize will be forfeited, and the Winner shall not have any claim against The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore for such forfeiture. The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore reserves the right to deal with the unclaimed Prize(s) in its sole discretion including donating the same to a charity of The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore’s choice. 

e)  Prizes are subject to availability while stocks last. The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore reserves the right to replace any Prize with items of similar value at any time without prior notice. 

f) The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore shall not be liable for any loss of, damage to, defects, delay, mis-delivery or non-delivery of the Prize

a) The Grand Prize consists of a trip for two (2) to Champagne, France including:

• Two (2) round-trip economy class air tickets to Paris
• Three (3) nights’ accommodation in Champagne and Paris
• A VIP visit to the Champagne Barons de Rothschild House
• An exclusive champagne dinner at the Champagne Barons de Rothschild headquarters
• An exclusive lunch at the Champagne Barons de Rothschild estate (production site)
• Meals included in the official 3-day itinerary as arranged by the organiser

b) Travel Arrangements & Booking

• Travel tickets should be issued no later than 25 June 2027; travel must be completed by 25 September 2027 and cannot be extended further;
• Travel tickets will be issued in the Winner’s name once redeemed.  Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable after redemption; tickets shall carry no commercial value;
• Blackout dates may affect booking of staycation/travel;
• Bookings are subject to seat/room availability;
• Once a booking has been confirmed, no changes are permitted unless winner absorbs the related change fees or charges. Furthermore, no compensation or refund will be provided.
• The prize includes two (2) round-trip economy class air tickets to Paris arranged by Enoteca Singapore, including airport taxes and ground transfers included in the official itinerary. Flights are subject to airline availability and terms and conditions.
• Accommodation and meals included in the official 3-day itinerary arranged by the organiser will be covered. Any accommodation, meals, transportation, personal expenses, or other costs incurred outside the official itinerary shall be borne by the winner.
• This will be a one-time booking arrangement and no rebooking service will be provided by Enoteca Singapore after ticket issuance.
• Guests may request to extend their trip at their own arrangement and expense, provided the request is communicated prior to ticket issuance. Any changes to travel dates or flight arrangements after ticket issuance will be subject to airline terms and conditions, and any applicable fees shall be borne by the winner.
• Blackout dates may apply (e.g. December to February), taking into account winter conditions to ensure an optimal travel experience.

c) Non-Transferable / Non-Exchangeable

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• Tickets are strictly non-reroutable, non-upgradable, and non-refundable once issued.

d) Taxes & Additional Costs

• The winner and guest are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, travel documents, and fulfil any applicable entry or health requirements for travel.
• All additional costs, including but not limited to travel insurance, visa application fees, personal expenses, and expenses outside the official itinerary, shall be borne by the winner unless otherwise stated.
• Visa application and related fees are the responsibility of the winner.

e) Cancellation, Liability & Disclaimer

• In the event of cancellation by the winner after ticket issuance, the prize will be forfeited.
• The organizer reserves the right to forfeit the prize if the winner fails to confirm or make booking arrangements within a stipulated timeframe.
• The organiser shall not be responsible for any flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by the airline.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or substitute the prize with an alternative of similar value where necessary or for reasons beyond its reasonable control, without prior notice.

f) Travel Risk, Insurance & Indemnity

• Travel is undertaken at the winner’s and guest’s own risk. The organiser shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from or in connection with the trip, activities, transportation, accommodation, or participation in the prize experience.
• The organiser strongly recommends that the winner and guest obtain comprehensive travel insurance. The organiser shall not be responsible for any medical expenses, trip cancellations, travel disruptions, personal losses, or other costs arising from failure to obtain adequate insurance coverage.
• The organiser shall not be held responsible for any cancellation, postponement, disruption, or modification of the trip caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to pandemics, government restrictions, airline disruptions, natural disasters, acts of war, civil unrest, strikes, or force majeure events.
• The winner and guest shall be responsible for their own conduct and participation during the trip. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser, its affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising from the winner’s or guest’s participation in the prize trip, except where caused by the organiser’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

a) The Romantic Escape, Colony Champagne Brunch for Two and The Ritz Lounge Champagne Afternoon Tea for Two prizes will be issued in the form of gift certificates, valid for one year from the date of issuance. Gift certificates not redeemed by the stated expiry date will be deemed void and will not be extended or replaced.
